Welcome to 2014!

Well, we’ve made it through another year! We might have come out with a few scrapes, bumps and bruises but we are here. Welcome to 2014!!

Instead of focusing on the past (or as I like to say dwelling on it) let’s focus on the future. Agreed??

Here are my goals for the year and I already know this is not going to be an instant gratification moment.
• Finish my 77 hour course for my Advanced Life Coach Certification
• Start my course program for 4 more certifications: Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Wellness Consultant. This will take me almost the whole year to complete all 4 certifications
• Work with individuals one-to-one and help them make a plan for themselves to stick to that plan of achieving their goals.
• Get Speaking! My passion is to work with women and young adults, however my message is suitable for all audiences. I just need to make sure that every woman’s organization, every youth group, every group in Palm Beach County and beyond is aware of what I do, what my message is and that I am available to motivate and inspire their audience.
• Get at least one book written. I’ve got several inside me. I must finish at least 1 before the end of the year. This is VERY doable for me.

Let’s be realistic, some goals are achievable in a short period of time and others take a little longer…not because we work too slowly, or we give up on them, they’re just long term goals. There is no failure, you only fail if you quit and working together, with me as your team player we can turn to dreams, those desires to change your life, your goals into reality.
