I was overweight my entire life, until I changed the way that I thought about food. There are things that I used to eat regularly, that I wouldn’t even consider eating now. And, there are some foods that I gave up during my journey for a healthier body, which I have now incorporated back into my diet on an occasional basis.
I was never a big soda drinker and when I did, it was diet soda (which is bad for you in so many ways, even though it is diet). I never realized just how much sugar was in one can of soda. Read more here: http://onecanofsoda.com/
